Terms and Conditions

Work
> Service / installation performed at straight time rates, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed upon between DS Mechanical, LLC and location serviced. 
> All work performed in a professional manner according to standard practices.
> Non-union labor provided.
> DS Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for design deficiencies of others.  Service / installation completed to the information provided by customer or customer’s authorized representative.  Written change order required to support changes requested or required.  Additional costs may apply. 
> DS Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for time delays as the result of changes to the project, incomplete site preparation, deficiencies of other contractors or missing parts or equipment.

Payment
> Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon between DS Mechanical, LLC and location serviced. Credit type accounts are subject to approval prior to any work being performed.  A personal guarantee may be required. 
> State sales tax charged unless tax exempt certificate is received by DS Mechanical, LLC indicating exempt status.
> Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $ 45.00 return check charge.
> A 12% per month service charge will apply to all past due accounts. 
> DS Mechanical, LLC is entitled to recover any or all DS Mechanical, LLC supplied parts and material installed in
Customer’s equipment / location if payment for service / installation is not received in full within 45 days of completion of work.
> DS Mechanical, LLC is entitled to recover all costs incurred in the pursuit of past due payment from customer including, but not limited to, collection agency fees, attorney fees, court fees, removal, storage and re-marketing of reclaimed material.

Warranty
> Labor – Warranted against defects in workmanship for 30 days from date of service / installation. 
> Material - Warranted through manufacturer. Most electrical components do not come with factory warranties.
>ULTRA LOW COMPRESSORS ARE USUALLY SOLD BY THE MANUFACTURER WITH NO WARRANTY.

In the event of a warranty claim, DS Mechanical, LLC will provide labor to repair or replace any parts or material determined to be caused by improper workmanship.  Material is warranted through the manufacturer. 

What is not covered by this warranty?
> No consequential damages.  DS Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for economic loss, profit loss or lost product. 
> Alteration of equipment by others, neglect, abuse, misuse, misapplication, corrosion, inadequate maintenance, accident, fire, floods, acts of terrorism or acts of God. 
> Improper electrical connections.  DS Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or damaged components resulting from electrical power failure, low voltage, voltage drops, voltage spikes or the use of extension cords.
>ULTRA LOW COMPRESSORS ARE USUALLY SOLD BY THE MANUFACTURER WITH NO WARRANTY.
